Good
The view from the window facing the sea is beautiful! Everything is clean, the minibar with still and sparkling water and soft drinks is free. In the spa area, free tea is a nice touch.
Overall, the hotel doesn't rise to 5 stars it claims. The room was quite small, we had to call a technician to fix Netflix access on the TV and have the coffee machine replaced. Pillows were very uncomfortable, we had to put a pillow case on a small "sitting" pillow to be able to sleep. Hammam was not functioning for all the three days we were there. The swimming pool is tiny and gets crowded very quickly. The quality of the spa cures does not really justify their price. Finally, the receptionists need better training: most of them seemed lost and unable to help.
